• Spiral duct 45 degree Elbow is part of the Spiral fitting range; B45 is without rubber gasket, B45X is with factory-installed EPDM rubber gaskets.  The double gasket ensures tight and permanent connections between system components that are air-tight and do not require the use of mastic or sealant.

  Air-tight - no risk of leakage due to the class D rated EPDM rubber gaskets

All spiral duct bends are half radius e.g. 100mm Bend = 50mm throat radius.
All spiral duct bends for spiral duct have a male connection to fit directly inside galvanised spiral duct (secure using recommended fixing methods).
If the application requires two bends to be joined, a female coupler will be required.
Our ventilation fittings are also supplied with EPDM rubber gaskets, this creates an airtight connection. In addition to producing pressed elbows, we also offer segmented Bends, choice of 15°, 30°, 45° , 60° and 90° bends
