Introduction about quenching,heat treatment

Heat treatment/quenching	Heat treating is the controlled heating and cooling of a metal or alloy to change its crystal structure while maintaining its shape.and then the metal obtains different mechanical properties,E.g. Hardening ,annealing,normalizing and tempering	Hardening and annealing of gear, arbor wheel, chain gear, guide rail of machine tool, hardware tools, copper wire, copper belt , stainless steel and automobile/ motorcycle fittings.	Frequency of hardening depends on the depth of quenching layer: the depth is deeper, the frequency is lower; the depth is shallower, the frequency is higher. 0.1-0.5mm, 150-700Khz 0.2-0.8mm, 100-250Khz 1.0-1.5mm, 40-50KHZ 1.5-2.0mm, 20-25Khz 2.0-3.0mm, 8-20 KHZ 3.0-5.0mm, 4-8Khz 5.0-8.0mm, 2.5-4Khz	The hardening area is bigger , the power is higher; the hardening area is smaller, the power is lower, the hardening depth is shallower, the power is higher; the hardening depth is deeper, the power is lower. E.g. Hardening of diameter 20 axis surface: WZP-60,WZP-90
